The only condition to work this is, on both platforms, here Android and Windows should use the same user account on the cloud drive to transfer files.   2. I find FTP quite easy, server on phone and Filezilla on PC. Problem is new MotoG5Plus came encrypted and Filezilla is blind. Only seeing ../ with no ability to move from there.
