Open your Facebook account in the browser.

Click on the dropdown arrow present at the top right corner, and then select Settings and Privacy

Open Messenger on your Android device, and go to profile by clicking your profile picture. 

Under the Account section, click on “Account settings“.

Now, a new window will open. Scroll down, and click on “Download your information“.

Here, you will have all the information that you can download related to your Facebook account. Deselect all the options and just check the “Messages“.
