How to Turn Off Hey Siri on Your iPhone or iPad

If the “Hey Siri” trigger on iPhone is bothersome to you, turn it off from the iPhone or iPad settings. Here is how.

  3. From the next screen, toggle off Listen for “Hey Siri” option.

Set Up Your Voice Recognition on Siri Again

Sometimes Siri on your iPhone can mess up the whole voice recognition thing. When you set up Siri on your iPhone, it asks for voice identification. However, if you see the Siri is still waking up when others speak, you need to reset and set up the Siri voice recognition again.

  1. Go to Settings > Siri & Search on your iPhone.

  3. Now, toggle on Listen for “Hey Siri”.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up Siri voice recognition again.
