You can get all Emojis on iPhone with Emoji Keyboard. But When you compose an email or working on a document on your Mac, you don’t have an option to get Emoji, unless you have a touch bar. - Open iMessage window on your iPhone

- Type the Emojis and icons you want
- Tap and drag on them to select and hold.
- Tap on “Copy” from the menu.
- Now, open the document editor or email composer on Mac.
- Right-click and Paste (CMD+V)
