What Are Safari Tab Groups and How to Use Them

Safari on iPhone now has a new Tab Groups feature that will help you group your favorite or frequently visited websites based on the topics or other criteria. For example, you can open all the news websites in the ‘News’ tab group and switch between the tab groups whenever you want conveniently.

In this post, let’s explore how to create and use tab groups in Safari in iOS.

This will help you to save time as you don’t need to swipe through all opened Tabs in Safari to find the specific site.

Apart from your own custom tab groups, you can now see that the private tabs and normal tabs now come as tab groups. So the new tab group is simply letting you create another “browser window” within Safari other than the “normal ” tabs and private tabs.
